The bodyshop manager that wrote my estimate was fast it only took a couple minutes, when he returned he explained everything on the estimate. He gave me a copy and faxed a copy to my insurance co. The insurance co. called me the next day and told me to give the bodyshop authorization to go ahead with the estimate. I called motorquest and they ordered the parts. When the parts came in, they painted the bumper then scheduled for me to bring it in. I dropped off my car around 8:00am and picked it up at noon, now that was fast and they even washed it. Thanks again for the excellent service my car looks great!
