We went to Kutcha's 4 months ago to purchase tires and place on new rims we had purchased. Not only did it take over 3 hours past our appointment time, today I am having to purchase brand new tires within four months due to dry rot! Dry rot on four month old tires on a car that is driven daily is unacceptable. We find out from a more reputable service center that the tires had a manufactured date of 2014!!!!! Instead of giving us the option of waiting a few days so they could get our size in stock they found some old rotting tires in their back stock and put them on our car. Disgusted and will NEVER be back!!!!

Been going to Kutcha's since moving to Jackson years ago. Best prices; friendly service. Because they are so popular, they sometimes get backed-up. But they haven't let me down about tires, front end work, suspension or brakes. Great Jackson biz!

Set up a 10 am appointment waited an hour and was not taken care of. Told the manager I would have to do something else. His response was what having a bad hair day. Crap service, no apology nothing but a smart comment.

Fantastic service. Been going to these folks since 1982. NEVER had an issue. Tires, front end work, brakes, shocks. I can't say that about their competitors! I've tried others and ALWAYS come back to Kutcha's, even though they are a long ways from me. (I live in Hanover....)

Went to Kutcha's and had them install four new ball joints (my parts) two days ago. Today the top passenger side ball joint POPPED OUT. I cannot recommend letting these "mechanics" work on any vehicle. Good thing I was just in town and not on the highway. Going to take it to real professionals Monday and see if it can be repaired or if I need to buy ANOTHER ball joint. http://tinypic.com/r/2dt6v11/8
