Could not Believe they called me 3 days later to make sure I was feeling better. I was not, and said if I wanted I could Schedule a time to get Rechecked so I did not have to wait like before as a walk in. I will never go anywhere else. Well staffed and a Doctor and PA at all times.

I took my 11 yr old daughter in for a sinus infection. This is common for her. But the doctor decided to treat her for an allergy. My child does NOT have any allergies. So now she is violently puking and has bloody snot. THANK U for making us SICKER than we could imagine. When they first opened we received great care. Now HENRY FORD DOES NOT TREAT HENRY FORD DOES NOT CARE FOR U JUST YOUR $$$ !!!!! GO OUT OF TOWN! ! THEY R TRYING TO HURT U BY PRESCRIBING WRONGFUL MEDS...

I arrived here extremely dehydrated and had lost 20lbs and they said all I had was the flu but I got worse and went to the actual hospital and it turns out I have type 1 diabetes and I had no idea and if I would have kept thinking it was the flu like they said I would have died so thanks allot Med Express. I will never return here and I recommend just going to the emergency room or a real doctors office. I was in the hospital for 4 days.

Dr. Kanitz and his staff are caring,professional,courteous...I went on a friend's recommendation and was so pleased with my treatment.

Med Express on west ave is the Nice's most pleasant, caring comfortable place you could go for care . I can't stop talking about them. They should all be proud of themselves and pat themselves on the back they do do an awesome job. It was nice to have someone such as themselves their all so polite sincere ,the best bed side manner I've experience in awhile. They get you in quick and they listen and they judge you on the was you look their honest people. Thank you Med Express . Kathleen Norton
