Dr. Palte was very professional and explained everything he was doing. His assistants were caring and gentle. He even called me later that same day to check on me. Talk about a WOW experience!!! His Office Manager Michelle was so knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance, she's so friendly. 5 Stars for this office.

Dr Palte did an excellent job not only explaining the procedure he was going to preform but kept me involved and even let me be a part of the decision making process. He took plenty of time with me prior to the procedure showing me computerized photos and my X-rays He is an upcoming star in our community. Front desk folks were very welcoming. Tony H.

LOVED Dr. Palte!! Young doctor, but was very professional - but easy to talk to. I'm sad that my dental work is all done and I don't need to go back, or I would go back in a heart beat!

Dr. Palte makes the mistake a lot of younger doctors do: he spends no time talking to his patients. I had a procedure done which took close to two hours, and he only paused once to ask if I was in pain. (dental procedure) He didn't let me know what he was doing, how long he had to work, etc. I had to speak to him on the phone once as well, and he cut me off quickly-barely listening to my symptoms or concerns. I would not recommend him.
