Some years back, ad Mrs. Reynolds "manage" some rental property for me and would NOT recommend this to any other property owners as they charged $25 to change out a simple screw-in light bulb that they could have just handed to the tenant to do. Also paid an exorbitant amount for shoddy workmanship in replacing a handrail on some steps. The result was more dangerous than if there was nothing there!!! Ended up replacing it myself correctly. Got rid of them and the property as quickly as possible.

If only I could give this company a NEGATIVE rating! All renters BEWARE!!!!!! I have had a similar experience. I was the only renter of a home after the owner moved out. I received a notice that they are keeping my security deposit and billing me an additional $1500!!!! The home was in better condition after I moved out. They refused to talk to me or return my phone calls. They even called and made a complaint against me at my work! MY BIGGEST recommendation is to not even rent form them, but if you do....PICTURES PICTURES and MORE PICTURES!!! I have almost 100 showing damages BEFORE I moved in. Also, the contractor that goes through the home when you move out is owned by the same guy that owns Reynolds Management. Be prepared for court, and again, PICTURES PICTURES PICTURES!!!!!!!!!! They even admitted to me that they don t check your move in checklist before sending you a bill for your security deposit!
