I've purchased vacuums for my business and my home here. The vacuums are quality vacuums, certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Prior to purchasing a new vacuum for my home, they serviced my 15 year old Miele, and kept it going for me until i was ready to buy a new one. They seem to have vacuum cleaner bags to fit any vacuum you might have.

They only want to sell never fix anything they are full of crap dont even waste your time. Need a minor repair and they wanna sell you a 400 brand new curby. What a waste of time rude salesmen.

Took my dyson in after it started to loose its sucking power & made strange noises. They tried their best to talk us into buying a refurb & selling them ours. $120 later, it worked for about 2 months (still making strange noises) & now is back to not sucking. I should of spent the money towards a new vacuum instead of wasting my time.

This place is terrible. Very poor business ethics. If they don't fix the problem the first time, they will charge you for everything until it's fixed. They NEVER are on time, and have never called me once to let me know my stuff is fixed. If your wondering why I keep dealing with them, it's because I've already got $120 invested in them and there is no place else to go, plus I'm moving and all I want is it fixed so I can sell it. Trying to break even at this point, and I still don't have a working shampooer.

They have everything including service with a smile!
