Riverside Elementary School is located in Jackson, Minn., and is part of the Jackson County Central School District. The school enrolls more than 300 students in grades kindergarten through five. The student-teacher ratio of the school is 16-to-1. The school s curriculum includes reading and language arts, foreign languages, science, social studies and math. Art, music, computers and physical education are also important part of the school curriculum. The student body comprises students from diverse ethnic groups, including Native American students. The various sports activity offered by the school includes cross-country, football, swimming, volleyball, cheerleading, wrestling, basketball, golf and track.
