Bought a camper in April and have had a couple warranty issues. They have alway been very gear to correct the problem . Even replaced the power jack that went out as I was leaving town on a camping trip in the parking lot when I pulled in. Great service so far...

The sales r good. Got a good deal on my 2013 outback.

The service department sucks. I have had problems for the first month I owned it. The service department told me it's my job to call keystone.

My furnace was acting up 6 months ago I called them and they told me it was no longer under warranty. So I called the company that makes the furnace they said it was cover.

So I called they would not send me the part more less work on it. I went to Kelly's rv in dexter got the part works great now.

Wall is not straight fresh water pump didn't work. Just name a few things.

U can get a good price on one if u don't want anyone to back the warranty work.

I have owned three new campers so I was not new to the rvs. I bought my other ones at Cape Town rv their services was always great. They even came in on Saturday to work on a camper I had under warranty.

If I decide to buy another new camper it will be Kelly's rv in dexter mo r back to Cape Town rv.
