If it was possible to give 0 stars for this company I would! I've only been with them 6 months and they missed picking up my trash multiple times, I called to ask what they were going to do about it and a basically let me know that I didn't have a choice so they weren't going to do anything. They made me set with 2 weeks worth of trash way more times than it's worth so I cancel them. Then, they still have not picked up their trash bin or the last week of trash that was in it, and now I just got another bill from them! Their accounting and customer service as well as pick up is all ridiculous have no idea how they're still in business. On top of everything else I've been told on Facebook as well as when I talk to them that somebody was going to call me back and I have never received a call or a message.

Terrible service. Trash all around the dumpsters while it is overflowing. Trash men apparently refuse to collect it. Trash left on ground continued to be left on ground to blow around neighborhood after company was alerted to issue.
