Provided by YP.comMy name is Krisee and I live in Cape Girardeau, MO. I work near the Rhodes by the railroad tracks. I was a good customer of theirs for years until I had a bad experience at that store. I stopped going, never going to return. One morning before I went to work, I wanted to check out the new Rhodes that took the place of Jaspers. I went mainly because they had a drive thru and I was in a hurry. There was a woman, she didn't have a name on her shirt, but blonde with her hair in a ponytail. She was very polite and had a very nice smile. She didn't rush me through the drive thru like some have done in the past. So I thought ok, I'll try one more time and lets see what happens. I decided to go into the establishment this time. it was around 6:30am and the store was pretty busy. The same blonde woman was working at the front register this time. I stood back to study her demeanor with her customers. She was very polite, very sincere in her quest to make sure that each customer had what they were in the store to get. She even took the time to step away from the register to help a customer who was looking at some food on the rollers. When I walked up to the counter, she smiled at me, asked me if I got every thing that I needed, if I had any fuel and something else, but the whole time, very polite. She made direct eye contact with me. I left that store with a different view of Rhodes. I have been a customer of Kidds for the last few years, but since then, I have become a regular Rhodes customer again. I wanted to thank her for being such a ray of sunshine that early in the morning. She makes my day better because of it.
Sincerely,
Krisee Mayfield
