Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have horrible customer service. I understand some things are beyond their control but there is no reason to be rude and arrogant.

I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN!!
The sales experience was great, but pray you never need service. Thier policy is being the equipment, it sits, typically two weeks, before anyone looks at it. Then if it needs a part it sits waiting for the part, than when the parts arrive, it waits again for an available mechanic.
Second time in a row it say in the shop without being repaired for over a month.
They are repairing the same problem again. Apparently they can do the repai right either.
GO ELSWHERE!!!!!!

I have bought 4 Polaris side by sides from these guys. A hustler zero turn, I have nothing but great things to say wth this much equipment I always have problems,Steve and Scott I'm service are awesome, brad and Scott up front have always got me taken care of. Of the reviews and I am disappointed to see some of the comments, people are so damn demanding now and so many personalities to adapt to in matter of minutes ans trust me after being in retail for over 25 yrs myself it's so tough to make everybody happy!!! We are lucky to have a place to go and get most of what you need in one place!!!

It seems like every time I come in to this place get no respect at all from them or will have some sort of conflict with them had a broken hand at a time I came in there trying to load up a mower by myself with no help at all from them and tried for 30 minutes getting it in the truck until someone got out there for help others inside chatting and slacking give this place a terrible rating especially with service takes 2 weeks to get a push mower done then tells me I owe them $117 for a mower under warranty I think there pathetic you need a whole new crew I think

Went in one time. Was treated like my presence was keeping them from something better to do. I purchased nothing and instead got what I needed from ebay. Long story short, they lack people skills all together.

Buyer Beware

I made the mistake of buying a new riding mower from this place a few years back and have regretted it ever since. Shame If I have known then what I know now!
