The call center is full of ghetto bunnies collecting a check. They are so unprofessional and rude. I only call in the update my address if I move and it's like pulling teeth just to update. I hate this call center I wish they would fire everyone and give the jobs to those that work in the Philippines at least I see results from them.

Man these people are awful. They are quick to remove children out the home but take forever to reconnect. They also take your children for one reason and when that fell they find another one that will stick. They also give you the run around. Keep making up lies on why it's taking so long. They will also go to court and lie on you and the judge will believe them.

They are very sorry, and u have to wait an hour just to get an appointment. Their phone system is ridiculous you can't get through. I agree everyone needs to be fired because noone does their job.

These people do NOT do their job. You have to follow up with them just to tell them to finish what they are already supposed to do. They treat you and your children like they are unimportant. Everyone here needs to be fired!
