I called in order for two. The nice lady on the phone advised that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 30 minutes and my order was not ready. An hour after I placed the order I got it only to discover a missing item. Not acceptable! Would have been better if they had told me an hour wait.

Extremely Long Wait

We had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated when there were plenty of tables, and then it took 45 minutes to get eggs and pancakes! We were there over an hour, and those chairs are not comfortable enough for that.
