Recently took Deluxe Cab from Jackson airport to home in Madison County. We found the service to be superb...timely, courteous and competent! Will use them again!

I had a really early flight (6 am) and I wanted to make sure that I got to the airport very early. I called the Deluxe Cab because my hotel recommended the company. I was impressed by the service. Tyra (driver 368)- I only know because I asked for her card- picked me up promptly at 4:30am. The ride was very comfortable and I got to my destination very quickly. I would definitely use the service again. Thanks.

Took a cab that was outside of the airport.. Airport fee is a little ridiculous. Driver was rude when he found out I wanted to pay with debit instead of cash and said I should have told him earlier when he first picked me up. What difference does it make anyhow? Charged me additional $3 to use debit instead of cash. Told me you know if you're coming to Jackson you need to have cash on you. Well I just moved here literally two weeks ago. How am I supposed to know? My apartment complex is four miles from the airport and my total was $29. I plan on never taking a cab in Jackson again. Highly disappointed. The taxi company I took to the airport did not charge additional fee for card use.

I made arrangements on 1/29/15 for a pick up on 1/30/15 between 4:15-4:30 AM to the airport and they never showed up. When I called to inquire into their status, I was told "sorry, the person working yesterday didn't leave your info on the reservation book". (I'm only giving this a 1 star rating because it will not let me proceed without a "star rating"

$45 to go from NE Jxn to the airport? Really? And the driver did not have any change for my $60 in cash. Not a dime! And she didn't have any receipts either! And she just popped the trunk for me. I hope she enjoys that $15 tip she basically forced me to give her.

I called them one morning to pick me up and the operator was rude then even the driver was rude when I asked him to go by a store right across the street from my destination. They really need an attitude adjustment!

I utilized Deluxe Cab Co on my visit to the great city of Jackson, MS. All their cabs and cab drivers were so friendly and knowledgeable of their city and the southern hospitality was just as I had always heard about. They are prompt in picking you up and taking you to your destination with the quickest and safest route possible. Definitely will utilize them again on my next visit to the city.
