Fence Company Jackson has a great team and the customer service was amazing. When it comes to effectiveness and quality, this organization surpassed my expectations, and when I need a new fence, I already know who to call.

They were prompt, efficient, and did a great job! We expected it to take the whole day, and it only took a few hours. We were admittedly ill prepared, and had nothing to protect the carpet or a ramp to help bring their supplies in through the house. They took care of all of that. And then...I didn't have payment for them. My mom thought they would bill her (I told her that isn't normally how it works). Even though they had 3 more jobs after ours on the day they came, they waited for my mom to come home for lunch. We are all very impressed, and would happily use them again!

I love my new fence. Everything looks amazing. New gate is nice and solid. The guy I spoke to that was doing the install brought up some issues that he may have. Told him I didn't care so much about visual appeal as far as the the being aligned through the dips in yard. My main concern was being set to the ground to secure the dogs. When I came home and saw it completed it is perfect. Not a single gap or uneven panel anywhere. It's perfect. The guys set the fence exactly like I wanted and it looks great. I love it. Thank you so much.

Jackson Fence installed a side fence and a large double gate for us on either side of our house. We got a few quotes and Jackson Fence was the most professional and competent by far. They are detail-oriented, punctual and answered all of my many questions. They also made good recommendations for things we might need that we had not thought of. The installation was scheduled quickly, they came on time, finished on time, and the fence and gate look fantastic! Highly recommend them - they are fantastic!

A smooth process from start to finish. I needed a fence for a residential home. I was able to get someone to drop by and give me a quote relatively quickly (a few days from my request). Once I confirmed with them that I wished to proceed, they were able to accommodate me within one week. The fence took 2 days to build, plus a quick stop by to clean up the dirt piles. It's not the cheapest nor the most expensive fence company, but somewhere in the middle. I was very satisfied with the outcome and appreciated the communication they provided throughout the process.

We hired them to build a fence in August 2022 and they did a great job. We wanted a shadowbox fence and they were able to build it exactly as we wanted it. Other companies either didn't do that type of fence or they were prohibitively expensive.
A few days ago, we notified them of a problem. Because of all the rain, the latch on one of the gates wasn't closing properly. The owner responded the next day. He created a repair ticket and the repairman came over the very next day. He adjusted the latch and now the gate is working properly. And, even though it's been three years since they built the fence, there was no charge to me. I highly recommend Fence Company Jackson to Everyone.!!!

To build an enclosure for our pets in our backyard, we reached out to Fence Company Jackson. They gave us a reasonable estimate and a quick schedule for the installation. We are grateful for their efficient team that finished the project on time.
