Provided by YP.comExcept for a couple I did myself, Ted and the crew has done every oil change since i bought my 2004 truck from them with 25k miles on it till now with +200k miles. Still now major engine or trans work and no leaks. I also will keep driving from Clinton ( but, it would be nice if y'all throw a car wash my way, LOL!!!).

Provided by YP.comI took my pathfinder in to have an oil leak diagnosed. I thought it might take an hour, tops. I told them I didn't have a lot of time, and I'd come back another day if they needed more than a couple hours. After spending a half-day with them, I told them I simply had to get my car back and get my kids from school. After another hour or so, I had my car back, but he had no estimate on cost to fix the leak. He called me the next day and told me that it would cost over $700 and that he couldn't order the part unless I pre-paid. Not only that, but he wouldn't take my credit card over the phone. He wanted me to come in person to do nothing more than give him my credit card information and sign a receipt. This actually worked out well because it frustrated me enough I went to an independent garage for a second opinion. They replaced a $10 gasket and charged me $90 for labor. It hasn't leaked since.

Provided by YP.compathetic. took them a high performance car. claimed they could work on it. DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN THE CORRECT SPARK PLUGS!!!!! AND THE ONES THEY PUT IN WERE GAPPED INCORRECTLY!!!!! would not refund my cost for repairs, and all the repairs were wrong! i should not have to pay for their incompetence. but they feel you should. terrible company.
