These people care nothing for NO ONE. They won't return calls, emails and they run the office like they can't be touched. Ask to speak to a supervisor and you'll get Carolyn Mason's voicemail telling you that "You can't leave a message"! What a crock of BS!!!! I see why no one wants to accept a voucher now. Very lazy people.

No information was availabe. Where is the link for help? Where is the link for questions? This site only provided a phone number and the address of where the office is located. No valuable information at all. Very disappointed.
