Refused to answer the phone. And didn't speak English. Attempted to refuse a service animal. Then illegally requesting doctor records to prove the need for the dog. The room was clean at least but no flat sheet on the beds, no towels, no soaps, no toilet paper!! Refused to give a wifi password even though all advertising said free Wi-Fi. In short, it was absolute hell. Will not return.
