Awful service. Monica will mess up your order and then tell you that it's your fault. She had one of the worst attitudes and when we asked to speak to her manager, she said she was the store manager. We asked for her district manager's name and number and she hung up on us. When I called back she was going to issue me s credit and then started telling me that I need to teach my husband how to speak to people cuz she is grown. We were polite and not angry until she opened up her attitude. I told her that my husband was not wrong, that she was. Monica then told me that we weren't getting our credit and hung up on me again. So my husband called customer service and they had her district manager contact us the next day. The gentleman gave us a credit at another location and told us that Monica is only a shift manager and not a store manager and that he would deal with her. I strongly recommend that you do not order here if liar Monica is working. Your order will be messed up and she will treat you like crap cuz she won't own up to her mistakes. We will never go to this location again. I wish that I could give this business a negative star rating.
