This place is very very unprofessional, a loved one passed two months ago. They held the paperwork for the death certificate for a month, took there own sweet time submitting the death certificate to the insurance provider not caring that we still had finacial obligations to handle. You can "NEVER" get in contact with Mr Randle and the others there cant do a thing without him so nothing ever gets done. This place may seem like a good deal at your time of loss and stress but you will be 10x more stressed just dealing with there poor work ethic.
