poor customer service

our cable went out on sat. night @ 11:00pm.I triedto call their main # on sunday morning @ 9:00am;but all I got was

put into a voice box that said was full. I have repeatly tried to call back but to no avail. It is now 2:40pm,sun. & cable

is still off. I might add this is not an isolated problem, but is city wide.They used to have a operator 24/7 to take service

calls but apparently not no more. The tech's personal # was called ?with paging used & voice mail left but once again

no reply.It is times like this that makes satellite/dish look more attractive for the same $
