My husband and I started a home business and went to this company for our genral liabilty and bond insurance needs...I would not recommend this company to anyone..They do not tell you of any charges that they charge you to find insurance even when asked about their charges they tell you the insurance companies give them a percentage..Well i got both policies from them and come to find out I was charged 50.00 per policy by them and they still have not reported my down payment to the liabilty company and I got a cancellation notice from them..Needless to say this has been one of the worst experiences of abuse I have seen. Sad thing is now you cant even get them to answer our calls or anything...So sad when you are trying to better yourself and work hard to make a living for yourself and a company takes advantage of you to this extent....I would not recommend this company ever to anyone especially in these hard times when our money is so important to be take advantage of like this is so disheartening that people would treat you this way...I lost 190.00 to this company that i am fighting to recover from them and I will...I dont take likely to people like this taking advantage of people and I will do all I can to insure it doesnt happen to anyone else
