Provided by YP.comI have been going to the Jackson office of Advanced Hand Rehab on and off for almost two years now. I feel I am pretty qualified to give an honest assessment of their quality of care. After breaking the radial head in my left elbow, then going through five surgeries so far, on my elbow and wrist, I have been in and out of therapy. With each surgery, I have to start therapy all over again. I started out with Andrew, whom I found to be professional and caring. His calming demeanor was a big help, since I was a nervous wreck. I was expecting the 'no pain, no gain' approach, which was not the case. Because of my schedule, I began seeing Michelle Gaeta, who took over my therapy early on and she has been taking care of me ever since. Michelle is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She is not afraid to push me or tell me to back off the exercises, depending upon what she feels I need. I am thankful to to have chosen Advanced Hand Rehab, because I have found I can depend on them for more than just rehab. While it is nice to be in such a friendly, clean atmosphere, it is more important to me that they take the time to answer my questions. I have multiple doctors, who tend to speak a language I call 'surgeoneze', something I can't quite understand. Andrew and Michelle take the time to explain and answer any questions I have in more normal terms. Scheduling is easy with Marissa, who is friendly, courteous, and efficient. The most important thing I can say about this team is that I see patients walk in with unhappy faces, clearly in discomfort, and within minutes, they are chatting and smiling as they go through their rehab. I recommend Advanced Hand Rehab highly.

Provided by YP.comAfter my surgery I wasn't sure if hand therapy would help. Well it's working. I learned the true meaning of no pain no gain. I have nerve damage so the recovery process takes longer than the average injury. The wait is well worth it, my hand is getting stronger everyday. I look forward to my visits. The staff is friendly and kind. Andrew Aylett and Michelle Gaeta are my Hand Therapist. They're great at their job, they make everyone feel like family. My 11 yr old daughter likes to go with me, they include her in conversations and make her laugh. Love love love this place. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
Thanks Desirie for your kind words. I wish we could take all the credit but your surgeon did a great job and you have stuck with it through thick and thin! It really has been a pleasure treating you and hanging out with your daughter! Andrew
