apartment is great with large rooms, washer and dryer in the units - nice area- BUT!!!!!

When it comes to being a few days late the charge is $50.00 for anything paid later than 5 days and if you are late 10 days they bring you to court to get you evicted not 30 days!! 10 days then they expect you to pay 250.00 for lawyer fees and another 50.00 for court filling fees. talk about useless paperwork and the useless time in our already backed up court systems- and as far as moving out forget about the deposit you'll only get a third of it back - due to wear and tear on the apartment? I thought that when you get a change of renters there is maintance that needs to be done by law like painting, changing toilets seats etc but the past renters have to pay for this why it is required by law- and maintence well if the problem doesn't involve damage to thier property it is not considered an emergency like a broken window from your neighbors kids ball or no hot water not an emergency to me it is! take my word on this don't rent here unless you have lots of money to throw away
