BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THIS before you buy a groupon for "laser" hair removal for Laser Aesthetic Medical Center of Jackson. The reception/front desk/office management staff, specifically JACKIE, IS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. JACKIE HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. JACKIE WILL OVERBOOK CUSTOMERS EASILY LEAVING THEM WAITING FOR 45 MINS OR MORE ON A REGULAR BASIS. JACKIE WILL NOT APOLOGIZE FOR OVERBOOKING. JACKIE WILL TELL YOU TO JUST SUCK IT UP B/C YOU GOT SUCH A GREAT DEAL ON YOUR groupon & TELL YOU TO LEAVE IF YOU DON'T LIKE HOW THEY RUN THINGS B/C THEY HAVE PLENTY OF CUSTOMERS WHO WILL PAY FULL PRICE FOR THEIR SERVICES.



SO IN EFFECT, IF YOU PURCHASE a groupon FOR SERVICES at LASER AESTHETIC MEDICAL CENTER OF JACKSON, YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT B/C YOUR MONEY IS NOT AS GOOD AS THAT OF CUSTOMERS WHO PAY FULL PRICE.



If I hadn't paid upfront, YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO GO BACK to this place solely B/C OF THE CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE DISPLAYED BY JACKIE.



Too bad b/c the doctors here are okay even though "laser" hair removal treatment is through IPL which is NOT true laser so it shouldn't be sold as such :-/ It's too soon to comment on the quality or results of the "laser" hair removal, but I refuse to give any place my hard earned money only to be kept waiting well past my scheduled appointment time along with numerous other people, have people who come in after me be seen by the doctor before me and then be told I can leave if I don't like it without getting a refund for the unused portion of my treatments. They do not honor appointment times and their sign-in sheet is pointless because they seem to call names out of a hat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!



There are PLENTY OF OTHER BETTER PLACES to go to for TRUE LASER HAIR REMOVAL and more than enough groupons that come out regularly advertising great deals. In fact, I have purchased laser hair removal treatments from two other places and they are excellent! Do your homework before you buy, read reviews, call the business you intend to buy from, find out what the treatment will entail (ie, is it IPL or LASER hair removal?). If possible, visit their office and see how they treat you vs any people that are currently in their waiting area. A disgruntled customer here or there is normal for any business, but if most of the customers in the office describe a similar experience, RUN RUN RUN!!!! I wish I had.



Remember, you are paying for a service, not for attitude.
