3 hours after I buy live rock from the owner Alan, who insist you DON'T HAVE TO ACCLIMATE live rock, my fish start to die.

5 hours later all my fish are DEAD....
Over $500 worth.

Just hours prior my water numbers were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.

My water flow was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Alan even sold me a water circulator.

For two to three hours it was absolutely HEARTBREAKING to see my Yellow Tang and Koran struggling in to live.

My daughter was holding them under water. She was PLEADING for them to hang on. SADDEST this site I think I've ever seen.

Yet, Alan insists it was all my fault.
Alan says my fish tank was too small. Alan says I had too many fish.

Yet, Allen says he will give me a discount on future fish. Is this is absolutely not his fault, why is he even offering that? To be a nice guy?!?!?

The best advice I can give anybody that I've heard the last couple of days,,,, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ACCLIMATE anything you put in your tank.

Like someone from another post stated," not acclimating is like sleeping with a prostitute without protection."

Alan never asked any questions about my system even knowing I was a beginner. Though I've had freshwater systems my whole life.

I'LL LET YOU BE THE JUDGE;

JUST HOURS of adding Major League Exotic Pets rock ALL MY FISH ARE DEAD.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

In hindsight;

Our first trip to the store, as we were leaving my daughter was very upset.
She notice all the animals were in cages way TOO small for them. Especially the snakes. Snakes should be able to STRETCH AT LEAST THREE-QUARTERS of their body out. These snakes must be so stressed. The last thing I would do is bring home an angry snake.

My children will never go back to Major League Exotic Pets. Hopefully as they grow with their friends, they will share this experience with those wanting me pets.
