2 horrible delivery experiences. First time order took 3 hours, was told there was a computer problem. Owner was apologetic and gave us our order free. Tonight however two hours no order, when I called in after 1.5 hrs was told the driver would be here any minute. At 2 hrs I asked to speak to owner, was told a manger would help. The manager was extremely rude, told me I had two options, wait or come in and get a refund( Paid by credit card). My children are now in bed so thats not an option. We ate here once a week and my husband loves the food but I will not go back to a place that would treat a loyal customer so rudely.

The counter person was very rude when I places an order. I had come a while back and they didn't have work running and kinda grossed me out because it seemed like the cooks were probly not washing they're hands. And my sub was on the wronge bread when I got home. Never going there again.

Gave this place alot of business food went from good to mediocre, order a pizza and the delivery punk tried to run off with my change based on a 10 year old paying him. Delivery kid had the nerve to say "you're gonna make me come all the way back to your house to bring your change" and when I complained to the owner he took the kids side. WHO tips 7.00 for 1 plain 13.00 pie??? Will not be ordering from here anymore....good thing gone bad. When will business owners realize the customer is the reason you spin pies, with no customers no business. I'm sure he will have problems with other people because of this kid and Karma is my friend.

Jackson has more Pizza stops then residents. Well, almost. But Mona Lisa has not only the best Pizza, it's the ONLY place for GOOD PIZZA. There is nothing on the menu that dosen't shine. Friendly staffed and always makes one comfy.

It is hard to find a good pizza in Jackson, but along came Monalisa. There food is great. The crust on their pizza is

nice and crispy as well as the great taste of the sauce.
