New furnace wasn't installed professionally. It was propped up on cinder blocks. Old unit was not removed. Called needing repair on central air unit. Was charged over $200 to add coolant, one cap was stripped, the other was not replaced. No response when contacted to follow up on repair. Ended up buying new central air unit from another dealer who also corrected issues with furnace not being installed professionally.
