They want more for stuff and they aren't very helpful. They also, do make you feel like you are beneath them if you have to pawn something for a bit. We go all the way to Portsmouth to B&B Loan for all our pawning and buying needs.

Rude rude rude. We dont pawn very often, but there have been a couple times that we have had to pawn something to make it to our next check. They treat every customer like dirt in there. I don't understand why. I was nothing but nice but was treated like an ignorant time waster! I have never heard an employee huff at a customer so much in my life. Basically...... THEY SUCK! The people in Wellston at Jerry's Pawn Shop are super nice and very helpful. Go there!

i will never pawn anything elas there , i pawn my laptop computer and ever one got on my computer i had a lot of virus on it i had to work on my computer for 4 days to get the virus off from it . when i want to pick it up from the pawn shop they told me you are takeing my computer we have be playing on it i will ever go back there again , so anyone want to pawn there computers there i would not do it . they will miss up your computer

Back in the day terry's was a good pawn shop but not no more everyone in there is rude even the owner. if you pawn something good luck getting any money out of it and if you buy something there you are a sucker cause it is junk or hot just go in there you will see what I mean about the workers in there are rude as can be. go to wellston it's a lot better

I think that the owner is very disrespectful and took my money and i also think before you own a business you should learn the laws because when a customer like me brings them in and throws them down in front of you and has you studdering and you are yelling in front of your customers making a fool of your in your place of business is not the way to run it and just because i provided the laws to you i get flagged from your store that's fine because i will take my business elsewhere i do not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to get cheated out of your money
