Do no use. Driveway is delaminating, improper installations have caused breaks in a wall, stone steps coming loose, drainage pipes dug so shallowly that water backs up, one of the drainage system emptied where it caused severe erosion, neighbors complained of runoff, and after full payment of completed work he didn't complete contract. And there's more. He was twice notified, no response. Southern landscaping fixed the most critical drainage issues.

Knats Creek Nursery Inc. installed a residential deck in about 2011. In about 2014 we noticed that several fascia boards were rotting. The screws that were used to hold the wood were also rusting. Apparently the copper chemical wood treatment permeated the ceramic coated steel 2 ½” screws and the screws started to rust.
This year 2016 I noticed that some of the deck boards were disintegrating and I replaced a few. First Builders Supply supplied the boards and the stainless steel screws. At some point one board disintegrated and I fell through the board. Fortunately there was no serious medical problem. I then realized that all of the boards were disintegrating. Knats Creek Nursery Inc. refuses to provide the labor. It was Knats Creek Nursery that chose the vendor and selected the screws. The material was substandard and probably in violation of several laws whether knowing or not. I will have to sue them in court.
