The owner Bill is a rude man. For no reason, he needs to be closed down . He is racist, and mean. Do not go do business there it’s not worth your time or your money. It’s PLEANTY better places to go. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Better Business Bureau will hear about this most definitely

Janice is a horrible person. She's rude and font care to have your business.
She's the owner. I think she Bill ex , Wheeler I'd their adoptive don and he work there send act line he own the place. If you want to pawn something Janice say you are going to,have to,wait for wheeler to see if he has any need for it and see hoe much it worth. he don't know nothing. I have fond business with them 6 years. I have bought stuff and pawn but never again. I don't have to. They aren't the only pawn shop. I have seen ppl come in there to pawn palsy station 3 not long after it came out and she wanted yo give them $20.Come on. RIP OFF.. I heard they very keeping the door open. I can see why. You can't be rude to customer and rip them off. I can't stand this pawn shop.

I have done about 4 transactions at Bill's can't beat the customer service. Never left dissatisfied. Very trustworthy. Thank y'all.

Good customer service. Everyone is always pleasant to deal with when I've been there. I've been there several times. They also have a Federal firearms license and I have had several guns transferred to them without a problem. Wheeler has always been top notch when it comes to communicating with another federal firearms licensee, forwarding their license for a transfer, and handling and processing the whole deal. Top notch in my opinion.

I have had at least 20 transactions with Bill's and I've always been pleased. These are honest folks.

I like the guys at Bills Pawn. They are down to earth and very helpful. A great pawn shop and I stop in at least once a month to see what bargains I can find. It seems I always find something new I have to have and they are ready to deal. My favorite Pawn Shop and Wheeler is always helpful.
