Big John and little Johnny Davis are awesome!!! They have reignited my faith in pool companies. The other pool companies in Jackson and surrounding area have failed me MISERABLY, but Blue Hawaiian has greatly EXCEEDED my expectations!! I believe they are the BEST around!!!!!

There is NOTHING bad i can say about this business! The people that work there are overly nice and willing to work with you to get the pool of your dreams. They even work on weekends! How many pool companies can say they will be by Sunday to check on things, NO ONE! Out of all the places we looked at to install our pool they had the best prices for what we wanted. Also, they told you like it is. They dont feed you useless information just to make a sale. All in all we had an amazing experience with this company and would refer anyone to do business there!

I do not understand why the people at this business are consistently and skillfully artfully so rude. I do not complain at stores. I just don't go back normally. On top of that I only notice rudeness maybe once a year and figure it is an underpaid employee sick or bad day and blow it off. I have had to have dealings with this place to get my pool closed three times with maybe 5 calls. One time the woman actually hollered at me for using the email on THEIR SITE stating "We don't have time to answer emails" When I just asked if they had gotten my email when I called when I had no response to email. Why did they put it on their site? She acted like I was being stupid and unreasonable or that I should have known that even though they put their email on their site it was not to be used. The other times I have dealt with them they have nastiness and rudeness down to an art form. A very bizarrely rude company. This last time they were exceptionally rude to me again. I will not have them close my pool again even if I hhave to hire someone double to come out and show me how to do it myself just to not to have to deal with these people. Again. these people are beyond rude to the point of bizarreness. It is mainly the woman who answers the phone. Maybe she is the wife or something or an unfireable person who can treat anyone the way she wants.

Very professional and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Very knowledgeable and outstanding customer service.

dont do business here. they dont do good work
