Provided by YP.comMy wife and I did the program together. I lost 52 pounds and she lost 37 pounds. The staff makes up a program just for your specific metabolism. They make it around foods you enjoy. We both lost weight from the first week and it just kept coming off. I wanted more energy for work and my kids. The staff knows a lot about nutrition and I just feel like this is a really healthy plan. A+

Provided by YP.comI have only been on Diet Center for about 2 weeks, but I am already down 11 pounds. My friend did it in Memphis and lost over 40 pounds and has kept it off for 2 years now. I would have given them 5 stars, but the only challenge I am having with Diet Center in Jackson is that they are not open on Saturday. I wish they had weekend hours because that would make it easier to go. I really enjoy their brownies and the supplements really have helped me.
