East Intermediate School offers learning opportunities to more than 580 students in grades five and six. Its basic curriculum provides instruction in language arts, math, social studies and science. East Intermediate School supplies pencils, supply boxes, protractors, scissors, rulers, glue, sticks and crayons. Additionally, it offers breakfast and lunch to students. East Intermediate School features a library that houses informative books, magazines, newspapers, reference materials and computers. In addition, it has an active parent group that assists school staff and children in various activities, including parent-teacher conferences, meetings and workshops.
