My husband and i visited them the other night. (Jackson Location) Bad mistake. Wasn't greeted when we entered. THe cashier was standing off to the side doing nothing while she was waiting for the manager on duty to take care of a credit card problem with previous customer. Not sure how that turned out. He never did acknowledge any of the new customers that entered the store or apologize for taking so long. After 10 minutes he finally had said cashier start on our orders on the 2nd. cash register.... why take so long???? When she finally brought out our meals, breadsticks were cooking and said she would bring them right out... I had to go get them myself and by that time we were almost done eating. If it was me, I would fire every last one of them and get a whole new team in there that cared about their customers.

Stay away from Fazoli's in Jackson, TN. On 5/30 they triple charged my debit card for $26.30 and has claimed 3 times since that a credit has been issued. It has not. I visited them tonight with my receipt and copies of my account statement and the GM, Gina, refused to issue a refund but rather claims that a credit has been issued. Guess I'm out $52. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
