I noticed my cat was puking and disoriented when I arrived home during lunch. I called Jackson Animal Clinic and after they evaluated my cat's symptoms over the phone, I carried him by right away per their request. I was able to fill out paperwork quickly and return to work without a lot of fuss. They kept me up to date throughout the afternoon. The vet let me know before he operated on my cat, what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it. They informed me when they were finished, how my cat was feeling, and what steps I would need to take in order to prevent my cat from becoming ill again. I appreciated the follow-ups very much; they were patient with me when I had questions. I recommend Jackson Animal Clinic wholeheartedly.
