I chose this practice because they have both male and female providers. I was impressed with both doctors that my children saw for their annual check ups (they are teen agers). I did/do have an issue with the front desk staff. I was charged full price for an office visit for one child because our insurance deductible had not yet been met for the year. Two days later I brought my other child in and was told there was no payment due because the visit was for a physical. When questioned as to why one visit was charged full price and the other not, I was told that it was because the first child was scheduled as a new patient physical. Well the second child was also a new patient physical. Several weeks later I returned to the office asking to speak to someone in billing. I was told that billing was in a different building, so I asked for the phone number and they told me they couldn't give it to me! Excuse me? I have $100 credit on my account and you're not going to let me call billing to get that refunded to me?
