I tried to book grooming appointments for my two dogs, but after more than 4 minutes on hold, I just gave up. Pick up the phone!

The people at this store are always so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and it's a joy to see customers bring in their pets with them. The prices are great...especially when you catch things on sale. Here's a little hint: When you're shopping here and you see that something is on sale but the sale price is only available to those with a PetSmart card and you don't have one, you are still eligible for the sale price. At our last visit to this location, we were told that all you have to do is give them your phone number to enter in (no one calls you or anything) and you will get your item at that sale price. We don't have a PetSmart where we live and we're only in town every so often, so there's no real need to have a PetSmart card, ya know? If you're a cat owner, make sure you check out the sales they have on their kitty litter. We got a 27lb bucket here last time we were in town for the same price we paid for a small jug at Walmart. - Also, I love the fact that the kitties they have there that are up for adoption come from the local animal shelter. It's a tiny bit more expensive to adopt a kitty from here but it's well worth it. The kitties are beautiful, well behaved, fixed, and often times you can find a couple that are declawed if that's what you're looking for. They always display stories about the kitties past to let you know how they came to the shelter and any other important information you may need to know.
