All of the staff is very helpful and they treat you as a person not a number. Excellent response time and they always answer questions.

I go out of my way to come to this pharmacy. Everyone has been nothing short of nice, professional, helpful with everything when I come in. They will special order anything if I need it and I've never had one negative encounter with everyone working there. The only negative thing I can honestly think of is that they don't accept prescription coupon cards like the huge chain pharmacies do, but they honestly make that a non-issue with how great their customer service is! This is the ONLY place that I haven't had to deal with nightmare scenarios by pharmacists treating me like absolutely trash. If you value being treated with respect, you'll bring your business to Phipps!

The elderly lady working the front desk acted rude & 'put out' because I was a new customer and there is pw that has to be completeD. My dermatologist had rx me a cream that had to be mixed to treat razor burn. This is the only pharm in town who compounds 'mixes' meds. After acting annoyed about my pharm insurance card information, the nice male pharmacist said they would deal with it in the back. He handed to a middle aged lady who also is a pharmacist and the biggest B I have ever encountered in a professional setting. I've been an icu RN for 5 years and understand how frustrating the healthcare field can be, but as professional I NEVER take it out on my patients or fellow coworkers. She talked down to me in a ridiculously loud voice and said I my insurance card wasn't real. I've used it for 4 years at multiple pharmacies & had used it the day before at my Walmart pharmacy so I explained nicely how it works at the other places and she raised her voice and shoved the card in my face and said this only works at CV stores. I said well I pay almost $500 a month in insurance for my family and have never had an issue give me back my cards and script and I'll go elsewhere. She said I was trying to help u out and I replied no you have an attitude. How disrespectful and ugly... Dnt go here unless u like being treated like trash
