On Dec. 12th 2017 I had a return call message on my business phone from a nurse Jennifer so I called her back but was unable to speak to her so I left her a message to return my call and had no response. I called again and spoke with a lady in records and explained to her the issue I was having and told her I really needed to talk to Dr Nords nurse so again I was unable to talk to Dr Nords nurse so I called the third time and asked to speak to Jennifer and at that time Jennifer came to the phone. This nurse was very rude to me and talked down to me with an attitude and very unprofessional tone of voice and would not let me explain to her why I was calling her in the first place. If this lady worked for me she would be on the street looking for another job she does not have any respect for her patents. in the years as a professional myself I have never talked to a customer in such a manor nor would I ever tolerate an employee of mine to talk to a customer in such a manner as I was talked to by this lady so at this point my opinion of this staff member is very low.
