Stay far away from these apartments!!! They are old. The carpet in this apartment should have been replaced because it is worn and looks awful. Carpet cleaning does nothing. These apartments are not energy efficient at all. You can see light around both of the exterior doors. That means your ac or your heat is going right out the door and that is costing money.
They left a note on doors Friday instructing rentors that had damaged mini blinds to replace them in 3 days or they would. They will replace them for $20 plus per blind!!!! I understand fixing damage but you have to give people time. You can't just tell them they have 3 days or they are going to be charged an outrageous, unfair fee. Yesterday a notice was put on doors 'demanding' that our apartments be 'clean and no trash sitting around' because of some lender that may come thru my apartment. Some people work shifts and sleep all hours. They shouldn't expect people to cater to their whims. I don't think it's legal for these people to just walk into my home whenever that want. Desperation dictated this occupation but when the lease is up, we're out of here. Beware of The Hermitage on Old Hickory Blvd.!!!!!
