Mid State Equipment, where to begin?



First of all, I can't say it enough, TERRIBLE customer service. I had called them to take a look at my riding tractor, they gave me an estimate for time of about a week before they would be able to look at it. Which I was fine with. They call me back the next day saying that it's done and told me the cost. I was expecting to pay $50 not $250. They wouldn't budge on anything. They repaired parts that I didn't request. Spoke to manager, owner, and John Deere corporate. They admitted fault on the miscommunication but was not willing to budge on much. They lowered it down to about $200, but was still more than I wanted to pay. Also when I went to pick it up they drove it out to my truck, and said here you go. I had to load it up myself, wasn't even offered help. I would not recommend anyone to go there for ANYTHING, unless you want to be deceived and ripped off.
