Called a few days in advance to order for a friend's bday -On the bday the owner, Jan, called my friend and left a message saying she had a "ONE HOUR WINDOW" . She left a number, friend called 3 times,offered to come get them,no call back. 3PM, I called to cancel order- no call. Again4:30, said I was dissapointed. Owner called my friend at 6PM,said she was on her way, but did not deliver the flowers until 7:30! Jan then called me, said it was my friend's fault , that she did not listen to the whole message which she said stated she would bring them after 5. I said that I expected birthday flowers to be delivered that day, she said, "she was busy all afternoon'. The message did not say anything about 5 PM.She said she would not charge me for the flowers, which I was about to say was generous, I would appreciate not paying delivery, she said sarcastically, "I'm sorry you were dissapointed, and HUNG UP! There are many lovely and HONEST florists in JH. The flowers were nothing special.
