The ladies are sweet and compassionate and made me feel secure leaving Tao there. Dr. Carter was sweet and everything got done. Unfortunately my appointment got dropped and I had to leave my kitty there longer than I wanted to which was stressful, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt since they understood that that upset me to have to leave him there over night for an hour long ordeal which is what I was mentally prepared for. The new receptionist Linda has a heart of gold and I hope they appreciate her. Close to home at Blair Apartments and I felt good about it overall.

Very imprerssed! They did x-rays on two horses (these are just trail horses) and it did not break the bank. Spent about two hours in all with explanations and lameness exams. Dr. Rutland, knowledgeable, good way with animals and people.

He and his Vet Tech (Cassy) are an impressive team.
