On vacation when I fell in Yellowstone National Park and truly bend up my frames including banging up myself. My wife made a call here and was told they would try to repair my glasses. Once there I was served quickly. Although my frames were bend severely they managed to bend them back into shape. When I asked what I owed I was told “put them on and go enjoy your vacation”. Not many places would do that for a complete stranger. If this is the stellar service I received I can only imagine the great care and service a client would receive. Thank you so much:

Glasses broke while on vaca. Got wonderful service and expert care in purchasing and fitting new eyeglasses here. Nancy was great, from discussing all of the frame and lens options available, in fitting the glasses, and with service long after the sale.
