Have dealt with service department many times. Today they were exceptional. After trying to diagnose a complex problem with our diesel truck, they went the extra mile to make us satisfied customers. We highly recommend them.

I recently went into Teton Motors to search for a good affordable car that would last. I found a Subaru that I liked and was trying to compare it to a car I also liked out in Idaho. The salesperson David Dell and his manager Damon got me approved for a good interest rate and even assisted with throwing in snow tires at a discount rate. I am very pleased to be treated with such great customer service and good people to help me with the car buying process, made it car buying enjoyable. Thank you guys, I will be sending my friend to you who is looking for a AWD vehicle for the winter season.

I just bought a car from Teton...

I just bought a car from Teton Motors Subaru and the overall experience was good. I heard an ad on the radio and checked out the website they mentioned. They have the best car dealer website! You get to see the actual vehicle and the price they are asking as well as the Carfax report. The pricing was reasonable and comparable to NADA pricing. The sales people were all friendly and no pressure from them. I don't live in Jackson and most of the buying process was handled over the phone. I showed up earlier than they expected to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car. The car was ready and they had even installed a new windshield from when I test drove it. I would recommend Teton Motors to everyone.

watch out for car salesman, they are crooks. and when asked to show their facts they squirm. its a business of robbing folks. they steal your trade or mark something up ridiculously. I told ron reaves the blue book value for a car and "I don't care" he replied. So four thousand dollars over blue book value? "I don't care!" I sold cars before, I left because there were always unethical business going on. Needless to say I didn't buy that car.

Ron has personally sold 100's of cars to 100's of satisfied customers and our iMVP pricing program at Teton Motors ensures that all of our customers get a fair price on the vehicle they are buying and on the vehicle they are trading based on actual current market conditions, not on "book" values. You can try booking out a car on KBB.com and then do the same car on NADAGUIDES.com, and you'll often see a difference of thousands of dollars - that's not because one book is a crook, it's just because "book values" aren't necessarily indicative of true market conditions. Teton Motors has been Jackson's #1 dealership since 1972, and we wouldn't be in business 40 years later in a small town if we didn't take excellent care of our customers.
