I visited the UPS in Jackson on Broadway on Saturday morning of December 17th and was helped out by CRAIG. I had two packages both that cost about $35 to mail; one was going to Naperville, Illinois and the other to Lancaster, Ohio. CRAIG explained to me that the package being delivered to Naperville was guaranteed for Saturday, December 24 and the package being delivered to Lancaster was guaranteed to be delivered the Tuesday before Christmas. I even remember saying to him that I was surprised the package being delivered to Illinois would arrive later than the package to Ohio. Again he told be guaranteed delivery by Tuesday, December 20th.
CRAIG was wrong and the package to Lancaster is actually guaranteed delivery by the Tuesday after Christmas, December 27th. If I had known the package was going to arrive after Christmas, I would not have bothered to send it.
Thanks CRAIG! This was a specific gift to actually be enjoyed as a family on Christmas Day. So not only will my family have nothing to open from me but I have wasted money on the gift and shipping. Icing on cookie…I will have baby before they receive their package. You are a rock star!

I was trying to locate a notary in Jackson city and figured a UPS would be perfect. I spoke to one of the notaries who is fact is the owner. I had asked if by any chance she would be mobile and stated she wasn't. She was very rude over the phone and asked if she had the ability to be mobile and rather then her giving me a straight forward answer she kept giving me the run around. I then told her "I'm confused are you able to accommodate or you just don't want to" and finally she then answered my question. ANNOYING! Personally customer service is #1 and there was none of that in my conversation with her.

I went to the UPS store on 970 W BROADWAY this morning and customer service that Julie provided was horrible! I was standing in front of her with my infant on my hands and asking her a small piece of tape for the box that I needed to ship. She gave me the option to buy tape or give her a dollar to use the tape they provide. I would give her a dollar but I left my wallet in the car & it was completely inconvenient for me and my little girl to go back outside. When I explain her that and that I would expect a different attitude from her as a customer she said that's the policies and I should speak to the owner if I don't like that. She also added that they loosing money because of people like me. Well, I always used UPS as my shipping carrier and I would like to avoid it now thanks to the service that I get at my local UPS store. This experience is not what I expected from UPS representative. Her attitude was rude, not helpful at all and she should work on her customer service skills when working with people
