abosolute worst in the world. twice now...i have shipped or retailers have shipped to a house address. It unfortunately goes to this place. 500.00 worth of merchandise is in that hole. NO ONE, that old lady or anyone else will assist me in getting my boxes. Two were delivered Friday and sorted by 8:51 am, showing awaiting pick up on 12/5. They refuse to hand them over. This is fraud. It happened last yr. Ifiled claim 250.00 worth arrived in an empty box. Someone is stealing expensive ski wear. It has to stop. I am nowreporting to police. Someone has to go in there and get these boxes. Today, lady said they will not even be shiped back to vendor. Too bad. I have a tracking number and a confirmation that says awaiting pick up!!! Refuses to help. This is absolutley absurd. won;t let me go an look for my property. Stealing again.
