Been having problems with roommate being too loud, having several friends over each night, having one of them live here sometimes. Roommate runs the ac and has doors wide open, jacking the electric bill up. Told management who still hasn't done anything. Thermostat and ac messes up every two weeks. Told management, but nothings been done. Sometimes they are cool, but mostly not. Cockroaches are everywhere. Not enough dumpster space. Noise all the time outside as well. Would love to find a way to terminate my lease.

I would NOTTTT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE. Management is a complete JOKE and the maintenance guys are the friendliest people that work there. The monthly rent may sound great, but believe me, they will charge you in overages! I lived in a 4 bedroom and only 3 were occupied, yet we still got charged overages monthly.. even when we were TRYING to be energy efficient. its NOT safe there either..multiple cars being broken into, drugs being sold and the smell of weed permeates throughout the entire complex when the sun goes down. Throughout the contract you have to sign it says multiple times you must clean the apartment before leaving (at the end of your lease) or else you would be charged for them to clean it.. yet when we moved in our apartment was a complete mess.. and no one came to clean it... carpets were disgusting and we were promised new carpet...3 months later we complained again (3rd time) and finally got them to bring someone out there to have the carpets cleaned...but that was like pulling teeth! Management just doesnt seem to want to be bothered.. but yet its their job to please their customers.. overall.. it was awful.. they try to tack on "late fees" hoping you wont notice. its just not a very enjoyable place to live! the way they conduct and run their business is a complete JOKE!
