You wait for a reply on a deal you're working on and they don't reply when they say the will. You finally contact them and they sell the vehicle out from under you.

Awesome bunch of folks. They do all they can to accommodate. I have bought two separate vehicles from them and walks away happy both times.

John Strickland, Senior Sales Professional, worked with me from the moment I walked onto the lot and assisted me in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and my budget. The car was low mileage and everything a single mother needed. He worked with my financing to get the payments to where I could make them, ALWAYS returned my telephone calls the same day(usually within a few minutes), and always welcomed me with a smile when I went to the dealership. After the purchase, I noticed the cd player was not working, he made things right with that, and corrected the problem for me-no hassles! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They had good clean pre-owned vehicles and a great staff to assist in your purchase and financing. Everyone from the receptionist to the finance staff were great to work with.
